Direct Fulfillment Architecture

Our store operates on a streamlined direct-to-consumer logistics framework. We route customer orders straight to verified manufacturing partners and primary supply nodes, eliminating distributor markups and accelerating stock transit.

1. Order Processing & Verification Orders undergo automated security and address verification within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Saturday).
2. Courier Transit to UAE Doorstep Following fulfillment handoff, courier delivery takes 2 to 4 business days. Non-central or remote areas may take an additional 1 to 2 days.

Doorstep Handover & Courier Coordination

  • Active Phone Requirement: An active UAE telephone/mobile number is required to coordinate delivery.
  • Pre-Delivery Verification: The assigned courier representative will call, SMS, or WhatsApp message you on the scheduled delivery day to confirm your availability.
  • Cash on Delivery: For COD purchases, please ensure the exact AED balance indicated on your digital confirmation is prepared for the courier rider.

Address Corrections & Re-routing

Please ensure your apartment/villa number, building name, street name, and Emirate are accurate upon order entry. If you must adjust delivery coordinates, notify our team at info.ansimart@gmail.com within 2 hours of checkout.
