Our organization curates formulas, manages digital operations, processes retail customer accounts, and oversees after-sales service. Physical product manufacture, warehouse holding, parcel preparation, and courier transport are executed through verified contracted third-party manufacturing facilities, supply aggregators, and professional logistics couriers.

2. User Eligibility & Information Accuracy

By accessing this site or confirming an order, you represent that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. While we endeavor to maintain precise product information, descriptions, pricing, and visual representations, minor typographical discrepancies may occur. We retain the right to correct errors, update inventory notes, and alter pricing without mandatory prior notification.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Cash on Delivery Commitment

All monetary values are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). We reserve the prerogative to refuse or limit purchase quantities on any order at our discretion.

When submitting an order through Cash on Delivery (COD), you enter into a binding purchase commitment to receive the physical package and settle the complete invoice balance with the courier upon arrival. Systemic refusal of verified orders, intentional bad-faith submissions, or falsified delivery data will result in permanent exclusion and blacklisting across our logistics provider databases.

4. Third-Party Warehousing, Customs, and Transit

Because shipments proceed through third-party distribution hubs, final delivery schedules are subject to courier handling capacity, regional traffic flow, and routine logistical assessments. We are not directly liable for transit delays arising from external courier constraints, severe weather, or force majeure events, though our customer desk will actively track and support timely resolution.

5. Limitation of Liability & Inquiries

To the fullest extent authorized by UAE consumer protection statutes, our company, partners, and logistics contractors shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of items sold via this website.
